Stand Up Comedy is a form of comedy which is performed by a single person . Usually the Comic (a Stand Up comedian) performs of a live audience, speaking directly to them. They deliver their jokes by having some monologues with bits (short jokes). In its history, Stand Up Comedy was first introduced in United Kingdom in 18th century. In Indonesia, Stand Up comedy is being popularized by Ernest Prakasa, Pandji Pragiwaksono, and Raditya Dika along with 2 Stand Up shows in Kompas TV and Metro TV recently. Stand Up Comedy communities have been formed by most of big cities in Indonesia; Jakarta, Semarang, Bandung, Bogor, Samarinda, and etc. yet they have their regular "open mic"( a mini-stand up show ) held once a week. I hope Stand Up Comedy could be our alternative entertainment and will be known well in Indonesia. Let’s make (a brand new) laugh!

This morning, I fell so sick. I am asked by my father to have a breakfast so early because of it. After that, I go to the kitchen that I see a cup of herb is being made by my mother. It is for me. Although I do not like drinking it but I have to drink it for my healthy. After it has been drunk by me, I feel better. Tomorrow, the hospital will be visited by me and my father to check my condition

Last week, I read books in library. I read many book. After I finished one book, I searched another book. When I searched book, I saw a thick book was being taken by a girl. I think that book was very boring. Then when I searched book again, I found an old book. The book was saved for a long time. When I opened book, I was surprised by the paper. Some paper were cut into some pieces. But, I was more surprised at last page. At last page, I saw many sadistic pictures. Then I immediately closed the book and tell to the librarian about that.

One day, when my homework had been being finished by me, the TV was being watched by my brother. Suddenly, my brother was called by my mother. He was ordered to bought some eggs. But, he kept watching TV. So my mother ordered me to bought that eggs. I immediately bought that eggs. When I arrived home, the TV had been being turned off by my mother because my mother was angry with my brother who kept watching TV.

My Family is gathering in the living room. The television is being watched by my parents. A toy car is being played by my little brother and a photo album is being seen by me. I can remember all of the happy, sad, or funny memories. For example, my grandmother was visited by me when I was in the third grade. It was in the Idul Fitri holiday. We had prepared it well. Some of cookies were brought by us. We went to Java by a ship. When we had arrived in my grandmother house, we realized that the cookies were missing. The cookies had been taken by the other people. My grandmother is very kind. She told me how to make a traditional food. Gudeg was being prepared by me when my parents went to the market. But my grandmother had passed away 2 years ago. My grandmother is missed by me.
